Online Availability:

The online availability lets you know approximately when we can ship the product to you. This estimate does not include the time it will take for the product to be delivered to you after it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery details:

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.

We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card will not be changed until we have shipped your product.

Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.

Methods of delivery:

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. We will tell you which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they may need a signature to finalize the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.

Oversized items:

Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb will be delivered via Purolator Courier.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made within 2 business days of placing the order. Orders that are in the process of shipping cannot be cancelled and will be handled as a return.
Note: An order is successfully placed after which payment has been successfully recieved by Dedicated Clothing.

Return Policy:

All returns or refunds must adhere to the below conditions. Dedicated Clothingreserves the right to verify or refuse a return request.

• Products are to be returned within fifteen (15) business days of the delivery date.
• All eligible returns require prior authorization by Dedicated Clothing. Please contact us at (905) 272-1412 for a return authorization number (RMA). If your return does not have the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging it will be refused.
• All items must be in the original packaging, and in new and unused condition. Dedicated Clothing reserves the right to inspect all returns.
• Products must be returned with freight pre-paid; these charges are non-refundable and are at the customer’s expense. Dedicated Clothing is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the return shipment.
• After receipt and inspection, if the returned product is in compliance with all of the above terms a credit will be issued.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card can only be credited to the same credit card.
• Non-defective returns will be subjected to a $15.00 restocking fee.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Period:

Online orders submitted after 12:00pm on Fridays or submitted during the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed during Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to product availability. Stocked orders will ship within 10 business days. Please note that Dedicated Clothing does not partial ship orders. Changes to your order:

Please ensure that your order is accurate before providing your credit card details. Changes to an order cannot be processed after the card has been charged.

Invalid Information:

If the personal or shipping information provided is invalid and prevents delivery of your order, a fee of $15.00 will be applied to your credit card to cover shipping and administrative charges. Please note that we do not deliver to P. O. Boxes; a physical address must be provided for every order.
