SETTING UP ACCOUNT
We accept Visa, MC, and cheque. Our minimum opening order is $800.00, and COD but this is negotiable. If you need to develop terms, you would need to fill out a credit application.
ORDERS
Minimum quantity for orders would consist of 5-6 pieces per style per colour. Our sizes range from XS to XL. You could choose to take 1 piece of each size, which would total 5 or you can customize the sizes you want according to your clientele. For example, you can choose 3 medium and 2 large pieces.
RE-ORDERS
If at any time you would like to re-order a style that has been doing well for you, you are not obligated to re-order 5-6 pieces again. You would be able to order only those specific styles, colours and sizes that you might have sold out in. Keep in mind that these styles may be on backorder, or that they may be offered in new colours for each new season. Also certain styles may be discontinued.
RETURNS
Dedicated Clothing runs a very close quality control system. Very rarely do we ship any defected goods, but if there happens to be one, you would contact us with your request to return. We then provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization number). You would then ship it back to us and we would replace your item if it is in stock or credit your account. We also cover the shipping cost for sending it back to us.
DELIVERIES
Dedicated Clothing is set up to work a season ahead, so you would be viewing goods that are scheduled for set-deliveries. You would also be able to order immediate deliveries if they are in stock.

If you cant find what youre looking for in our catalog or in-store, you may want to wish to place a custom order.
All of our manufacturing is done in house, right here in Canada. We are capable of manufacturing custom orders, including but not limited to the use custom patterns, stitching, colours, and fabrics. Your custom items can be based on one of our existing products, or we can design something especially for you.
PRIVATE LABEL BRANDING
We can print or sew any private label or logo into any of our products, or a custom one we design for you.
Labels must have a bleed so that your logo does not get cut off during production. Printed logos should be provided in Adobe PDF format. Images are preferred to be set at 300dpi and should be a vector based image.
We can also provide graphics or modify an existing one if required.
There is a 400-600 piece per style per colour minimum order on all custom designs.
If you wish to use one of dedicateds own existing styles than there is an $800 minimum order price (no style/colour minimum).
TURNAROUND TIME
Your first sample will arrive in approximately 7-10 days. Upon approval your completed order can be ready in as little as 2-4 weeks, depending on number of pieces and the complexity of the design(s). International or intricate orders may take up to 8-12 weeks. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding turnaround time.
SAMPLES
Before we send your design into production we will provide you with a sample, so that you can be sure to get exactly what you want. We will only begin production once you have approved your sample.
MINIMUM ORDER SIZE
When printing/stitching labels on one of our existing designs, you may order any amount totaling $800.00. When making your own custom design, there is a 400-600 piece minimum order per colour, per style.
CUSTOM COLOURS
We can produce virtually any style and any colour. All we will need is a swatch or Pantone number. It will take approximately 2 weeks to receive your colour swatch, and an additional 2-4 weeks to receive your production fabric (domestic). International orders can take up to 90 days.
